Our copper plated steel wire specifications are between 0.12mm-1.2mm, of which 0.12mm-1.0mm can be BS60 wheel (iron shaft) packaging, each net weight of about 25kg-30kg, 0.5-1.2mm can also be bundled wire packaging, each bundle weight of 40kg-80kg.

Among them, 0.2mm-0.7mm coppered steel wire is also known as rubber hose wire, and the tensile strength is 2450-3250Mpa, mainly used for rubber hose reinforcement. Our copper plating layer is copper-zinc alloy, in which the proportion of copper layer is 68%+4%, the proportion of zinc layer is 32%+4%. In this way, the copper plating layer is more stable and has strong adhesion to the hose.

We also produce 0.12mm-0.4mm copper-coated steel wire for wire brush. Its main advantage is that it has certain wear resistance and the copper-coated layer is not easy to fall off. Because the copper plating layer is stable and strong, the brass plating produced by our company can also be used to only make springs, which have good elasticity and are not easy to rust. Our copper-plated steel wire all refer to the tensile strength of the national standard C group, so it can also be used in the manufacture of pvc, hoses and air pipes
